Akido5Deuce: Meet Akido5Deuce: The Next Big Thing from West Philly Background and Personal Life Akido Hall, or as the streets know him, Akido5Deuce. Growing up, he was surrounded by the sounds of Parliament Funkadelic, Chaka Khan, and Tina Marie, thanks to his parents' dope record collection. This musical vibe was in his blood from day one. After finishing high school, he's still hitting the books, always looking to level up.Music CareerAkido5Deuce jumped into the hip-hop game with his crew G.O.L.D. (Giving Out Lessons Daily). He’s been influenced by the greats like KRS-One, E.S.T., Poor Righteous Teachers, Kurupt & Daz, Redman, Treach from Naughty by Nature, Big L, and Fred the Godson. His style? A mix of his life stories and the old-school jams he grew up on. It’s always evolving, just like him.His first single, "Aspire," got mad love for its soulful and real lyrics. Akido5Deuce has been killing it on stage since he was a teen, performing with G.O.L.D. at local rap showcases. Later, with The Lumbajaxx, he rocked clubs like Dances and Fever, and even opened for Krs-1 at West Chester University a highlight of his career.
